Case study: Whiteroselimo.com
White Rose Limousine Inc.
White Rose Limousine is a rare gem in the transportation industry and especially in Orange County. While most limousine companies act as brokers and do not even own a single vehicle, White Rose’s Founder built his company one vehicle at a time. His controlled growth and stellar reputation for outstanding professionalism are the reasons for his success.
Overview: With limousine brokers popping up all over the internet for vital keywords and www.whiteroselimo.com nowhere to be found, sales were suffering. Not unlike most of us, White Rose felt pressure to get immediate results. With SEO companies calling the office almost every day promising immediate top page results they decided not to rush into anything and to do their research.
White Rose management approached SEO Relations requesting SEO services to place them above their competition and increase visibility. After educating owners and key personnel about the benefits of legitimate search engine optimization and the long-term commitment, they concluded that the time it would take to optimize their site would be well worth the wait.
Goals: White Rose Limo wanted to increase visibility, appear above their competition for industry-specific keywords on major search engines, maximize visitor-to-customer conversion rates, and redesign their website.
Strategy: SEO Relations proposed a 5-stage plan to achieve White Roses goals. The first stage included designing a search-engine friendly website and placing it on a content management system that offers SEO functionality. The second stage involved researching and finalizing 25 targeted keywords. The third stage consisted of writing unique, relevant, keyword- optimized, and search-engine friendly content for 40 new pages. The fourth stage was all about optimizing title tags, meta keyword tags, meta description tags, and internal linking. The fifth stage involves a continuous maintenance program that includes updating the site with fresh content and tweaking for improved results.
We anticipated that the entire optimization process would take us three months to complete. The management personnel at White Rose helped realize this goal with their efficient cooperation throughout the entire project.
Accomplishments: After three months we took the new search engine optimized website live. Excitedly anticipating results, but knowing that it may take up to three months to have the website indexed and catalogued, we were ecstatic to see first page results only two weeks later. Six of the selected keywords we optimized for appeared on the first page of yahoo, while four keywords appeared on the second page of Yahoo and Google, above their competition.
